Hi,

I had very bad experience with this apartment management, they speak lies always.
I apartments are full of bugs like spiders spring up every next day no matter how much you clean, carpet is always full of red-ants big ones they never seem to leave no matter how much you inform the maintainence, also you will find many other bugs moving around. The property manager is one of the most agrogant and illmannered type. The person at the desk a sweet talker, but equally bad and is most of the time not in the office.
And Once you move in forget about your deposit you will loose most of it, consider it as money gone. I have seen similar problems with my friends living in other AIMCO apartments like FoxRun and Hunterglen.
So better stay away from AIMCO, and specifically from Deer Creek.
