You can find better in the same area for the same money. Buildings are old (I think more than 30 years). It's very cold on winter. There is ice on window frames inside and cold air blows through. The heating is electrical and because of bad windows it work for the whole day and night and the bill is about $250-300 on winter. Management and Maintenance are polite, but useless. They will smile to you, but will do nothing, except some small repairs. They charge you for everything. We lived there for half of a year in winter and we had to pay for pool and for gym, which is impossible to use, because it is in another apartments and we had to drive there.
