I have lived at Quail Ridge and now Deer Creek and I have to say that Deer Creek is much nicer. The utility charges are lower and it seems that the grounds are better kept. The pool is great in the summer, it seems like no one is ever there so it's all yours, the lifeguard last summer was wonderful I really hope they bring him back this year. Parking is never a problem and it seems as if most people with dogs do clean up after them, unfortunately there are a few that do not but that is not the responsibility of management it's the dog owner who is wrong. I have had a few maintenance issues but all were handled timely and the maintenance guys were very nice, they even helped me hang a few pictures. I really enjoy Plainsboro and so far it has been a good experience here. Hopefully it will stay that way.

I agree with the poster but he/she does not mention the office staff. Maybe they have been fortunate enough not to have dealt with them yet. Dealing with them might change your mind!
