The units there have ceiling problems. Mine was seriously leaking in one room, and was not fixed until I requested a number of times. After the leaking problem was fixed (months after it started), they did not repaint the ceiling despite my requests and mold occurred.
They charge 100 dollars fee if you are late in rent payments even by one day. The insulation is very poor and the electricity bill for heating in the winter very high.
The units are primarily rented by professionals who work in the area and do not have time to fuss about the condition of the apartments, so I guess they keep stayng there.
In retrospect, it was a very bad choice, and the only reason I stayed past the first three months is that I was tired of moving.
