Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
the maintenance has been cut since i have moved in,there were 4 when i moved in and now there are 2.the one maint guy that makes the repairs is very friendly and seems to know what he is doing.the property manager can be snappy and unfriendly at times.my laundry room is always dirty so i use the one on the other side of the property which is a shame because one of the employees lives right by me.
