Deer Creek staff is some of the worst I have ever encountered they NEVER respond to requests in a timely manner but wait until your are a day or two late paying your rent and then see what happens! Also, they charge an exorbitant amount of money on rent, not to mention the fees for having pets (oh the $300 pet "deposit" that must be paid upon move-in is nonrefundable). They hire sleazy "undocumented aliens" to do alot of the work on the vacant apartments and the painting and roofing; once they were working in the apartment next to mine and were listening to their music inside the empty apartments after work hours and I complained to management but the staff did nothing about it; they also stare and whistle at me when I walk in and out of my apartment, very professional. My boyfriend and I have encountered numerous maintenace problems in the past 15 months that we have lived there that were never fixed and have even had to fix things ourselves (my bf works as maintenance for another company and is appalled by how inefficient our maintenance is). DO NOT RENT HERE!

The obvious has been revealed.The undocumented workers alway's drive vans with no commercial name and passenger plates.The boss drives around in a car with maryland plates in NJ for nearly 3 years.Most of the repair men drive personal cars with MD plates. Immigration & Customs Enforcement would have a field day if they examined who they had that was responsible for maintaining apartments. This is the worst,most unresponsive management company that I have seen.Proven track record of incompetence.The new manager in Deer Creek is a nice woman,but telling her of a problem and seeing it resolved is another thing.You rent at the own risk to you and your family's health,and quality of life with AIMCO. They do not care about you,the tenant.It is a sentement felt amongst all posts regarding their properties. Search AIMCO online and you will see nightmarish situations regarding many of their properties across USA. They sold Fox Run, Now they are micro-managing,maintenece providing,and still management needs to recognize that tenents are customers and need to be regarded with more respect than is shown in Deer Creek and Hunter's Glen.(Deer Creeks Aimco sister property) These apartments are the pits of Plainsboro and are degrading yearly in quality of living and quality of life.I would not be surprised if Deer Creek is sold in near future.That is why they do not care.They are only interested in maximum dollar for property and lowest value for the tenant.That does not seem to be the core foundtion of AIMCO.It also reveals that the top CEO at Aimco could care less of the actual quality of life in the plainsboro nj apartments he so happily would like to sell.They are not even renting as high as a year ago.The rating on this site a few months ago was 24%. It is now 16%.That should be a fair indicator of failing ratings due to a management company that does not have you as a resident in their best interests.The truth hurts,maybe they will change as more people speak the truth about the living exp. at Deer Creek. By the way it has a great trail to walk or run on.Lol
