As a resident of the palatial Fox Run Drive Apartments for nearly a year, I'm mulling over various experiences from which to choose: Hmmm, where to start... The loose interpretation of truth pervading the application process, from the "refurbished" apartments to the lease signing' The ill-concealed mold delineating the bathroom tiles' The peculiar white stuff peeling from my tub' Pieces of (attached)fixtures falling off at random' Outlandish charges tacked onto rents' Utter lack of staff ability/willingness to assist in any way at any time' The entertaining Winter challenge of attempting to reach my car across invariably ice-covered sidewalks while avoiding a (certainly exciting but potentially time-comsuming and expensive) detour to the hospital' I could go on and on, but I hate to spoil that initial thrill of discovery for new renters. In brief, look elsewhere unless your sense of humor truly thrives on a management that disregards honesty, safety and cleanliness; and whose behavior falls below commonly-accepted standards in such areas as professionalism, courtesy, respect, etc.
