Management are ignorant, rude, and greedy. They do not care about helping tenants. AIMCO are greedy bastards, all of who should be shot or taken to court and thrown in jail. Several apts. near us have been unoccupied for months and have trash piled on their decks. I have repeatedly told the management about this, but they have done nothing. The rent is exorbitant, the staff in the front office is as rude as they come, the leases are a joke, giving the landlord the right to do anything at anytime without telling the tenant; the tenant, by contrast, is screwed on all accounts. This place should be burned to the ground or given to someone or a company who knows how to run an honest business.
