Terrible staff, no maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The staff is terrible. Very very rude. Even if one does something, the other has no idea and they are very very rude. I am surprised that they can carry on for so long like this.

Please please do not make a mistake of moving here.
