In my opinion, the rent and associated fees at Fox Run are outrageously high. Plainsboro is a "nice little town," despite the fact there is virtually nothing here beyond the construction sites, strip-development type shopping plazas, and traffic. I would not expect to pay a premium for rent in a place like this unless the amenities and services provided by the apartments were very good, and at Fox Run they don't even come close to being worth it. The only good things I can say about Fox Run are that I've always felt pretty safe here (in spite of the truly pathetic outdoor lighting in parking lots and along the road), it's generally quiet, and nobody I know has had problems with household pests. I won't go into details about the lack of amenities, very poor service, and other aspects of life here that I have found unpleasant. I will simply tell you to be careful, and do your homework before deciding to move in here. Talk to a few people who live in Fox Run before you sign a lease, if this is possible.
