About the pricing, I can agree..it is a bit expensive but you are in a great location...so if you don't want to pay for safety then go to a town where there is crime and believe me, you'll get a GREAT deal on an apartment. Now about been dirty...IT'S some of the TENANTS!! It makes me angry to pay recreation fee to use the Gym & the Pool when PIGS THAT DON'T SHOWER EVERYDAY AND REFUSE "FOR WHATEVER STUPID REASON" TO USE DEODORANT prevent me to go to the gym because their body odor is so disgustingly strong and for the pool, I'm afraid to use it because I don't want to get any lice.my neighbor who has a dog "which never had a flea problem" all of the sudden has a "lice" problem and it's because her upstairs neighbor, in the one bedroom apartment (with 4 rug rats that are not bathed every day) is forced to take her mattress out on the sun to kill her families' lice! THAT'S SICK!!! SHOWER EVERYDAY!!! YESSS!! E.V.E.R.Y D.A.Y...believe me...you WONT get lice! How can maintenance keep up with a bunch of pigs and ruin the settings for us! SO QUIT COMPLAINING and go live in a pig sty...I'm sure no one would complain about you! And I'm sure other tenants would not complain about the maintenance because that way they'll be spending time fixing problems at other apartments and not have to WASTE time worrying about the lice in apartments or spending time changing the carpets because of excessive stains from walking barefooted with your greasy feet or constantly attending to a bunch of uncivilized people who can't take care of things or themselves!
