So Difficult To Deal With

The folks in the leasing office are so difficult to deal with. For my first visit with them I had an appointment arranged through their parent company AIMCO and when I arrived the individuals at the office had no idea that I was coming. I looked at the models and thought that the apartments themselves looked adequate and decided to wait to sign a lease based on the recommendation of the leasing agent because "special deals" become available from time to time. I gave them my phone # in order to be kept up to speed on current leasing specials.
For the next week, they called me incessantly at all hours of the day and night with special leasing rates and offers to try to get me to come in and look at a place. Finally they offered $50 off the rent and the first month free so I decided to go in for another look. When I arrived the office at Fox Run had no record of this special deal. It seems as though they'll tell you anything over the phone just to get you in. In any case, I put down a deposit to hold the apartment, put in an application and was told that they'd get back to me about the lease.
After a week, no one had called me. I put in another call and left a message and after a few days no one had gotten back to me. I visited the office to personally ask about the lease and a different person than I'd dealt with before took my info and said that someone would get back to me. After a few days...NOTHING. I heard nothing. So I tried calling again (now 3 weeks after my deposit/application was received) and their phone had been disconnected!
Fox Run Apartments and their management AIMCO are unprofessional, dishonest and unbelievably arrogant.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM...EVER.
As an aside, I heard during my visits to the leasing office TONS of people complaining about lack of services, insects in the apartments, difficulties with payments, etc. This place is a lemon.
