What a pack of whiners.

Some of the people who rent here are insanely unrealistic. Part of renting is dealing with occasional inconveniences, but as an adult, I haven't had a problem getting problems solved.
When we moved in, part of our lease was the inclusion of a new washer and dryer in the unit. I kept in touch with the office about how renovations were going, and I was told things were running smoothly.
When it came time to move in, the washer and dryer were nowhere to be found. Obviously, this was a huge issue, and we took our problem to the office manager. We were pretty furious, but she did a great job of giving us options, and we settled on them installing the W/D in September.
We also had an issue with a stopped up drain in the bathtub, and we played a bit of phone tag with mainitainence. It was aggrivating, but if you go to the top, and you present yourself seriously, your problems will be taken care of.
Otherwise, everything's been fine. Parking isn't a problem, the A/C is blowing cold, and the area's very nice. It's convenient to the Princeton Junction train station, and the supermarket strip mall. They could use a bit more lighting in the parking lots, but I don't ever feel like it's not safe.
If people were honest, and didn't go insane over minor issues, this complex would have a higher rating. As long as you know how to deal with people, if you do have any issues, they can be solved in a timely manner.
