I dont know where to start. Most of the complaints that people have is just a representation of the kind of people they are. If you treat people like human beings you will find all of your problems will be taken care of. First off I got 2 months rent free when I signed my lease here making it the most affordable 2 bedroom/2 bath/with w/d that I have ever lived in. Also if you have any type of a decent credit report you will only have to give a $250 security deposit which is unheard of anywhere else. As far as the aparment goes I had some issues with my toilet not flushing properly. Maintenance was out several times to fix it, they were unable to fix it so they replaced the entire toilet. People have to remember that you get what you pay for and part of renting is having to deal with little bumps here and there. Upon moving in they put in brand new carpets and painted. Any time I called the maintenance staff for a problem they showed up almost in minutes. Maybe if some of you people actually asked nicely instead of acting like whinny babies on the phone you would actually get your problems taken care of. The maintenance staff also lives on site and you could actually say hi when you see them and get to know them. You may find that you will get better service. As for the grounds: our apartment overlooked the lake and jogging trail and was awesome. I was able to walk out my door, go 100 yards, and start fishing. There is not many places where you could do that. Dont let the other reviews scare you away this was a great place to live and the people that say otherwise are the kind of people that will never be happy no matter where they are.
