I must admit, I read some of these reviews after signing my lease here, and I got pretty scared. Upon move in, I expected paint peeling off the walls, broken fixtures, loud, smelly neighbors, and generally decrepit conditions. Well, imagine my surprise when I discovered that, while this place is not exactly the Ritz, it's a decent place to live. Maintenence immediately came to fix a stopped drain our first night, and called a professional plumber (at no additional charge) when he couldn't fix it. If you actually read the move-in packet, it details that some things are considered more urgent than others...especially when they have a relatively small staff and 1000 residents. The one bedroom is quite spacious, and aside from a few things here and there, everything is fine. You'd get the same situation with complexes that cost hundreds of dollars more a month.
