With gas prices going up the added surcharges for GAS HEATING and water and sewer and garbage and parking, (as they threaten to add this last one soon to the leases)- will go sky high...Over the winter...
Our lawyer says DO NOT SIGN THIS LEASE -IT IS ONE OF THE WORST HE AS EVER SEEN IN TERMS OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS OF NEW JERSEY!
THE MARKET RATE FOR A ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH APARTMENT IN PLAINSBORO IS $835 PER MONTH. DON'T AGREE TO PAY ONY MORE THAN THAT.
