I really don't think all of the complaints on this website are justified. I've only had to call maintanance for a couple of small issues, and they were fixed the same day. Office staff is helpful, usually someone will know the answer even if it isn't the first person you talk to. Price, quality, and construction is comparable to other units in the area. The pool is nice, and there is ample parking.
No mistake, this is not a luxury apartment complex. But I was definately happy with it.

PS. The township inspects rooms before you move in to make sure they are clean. From what I can tell they always repaint and put in new carpets between tenants.
