Thanks God I was smart enough to sign lease for only 3 months. Richard - their manager promised me free gas heating but when I moved in it turned out to be not true. Upon moving in the door key didn't work. I had to return to the office 3 times before they found the right one!!!
After 3 months I asked them what will happen if I'll stay. They bumped the monthly rent more then $100 and didn't seem to care if I stay.
Strongly DO NOT recommend!
