Sometimes people write bad reviews of places and you always have to take into consideration that it is their personal opinion and maybe they had a bad experience. But Ive been living at Fox Run for about 6 months and am counting down the days until I can move out! We have had several problems with the maintenance staff. There was an issue we had with the vent in the bathroom that was broken when we moved in that just got fixed last month. And that was only after I contacted the corporate headquarters. You have to call maintenance several times, day after day, and be a pest just to get anything fixed. And Ive heard from the neighbors that it isn't just me. I had to wait 2 weeks to get a squirrel that was living above my ceiling removed. Again, only after I contacted coporate. They make you pay for heat, which is fine, but the windows are SO drafty that if you do not take steps to insulate them on your own, you cannot even sit near the patio door because you can actually feel the wind. And its not PSE&G either, it's a random utility company that makes you wonder. I cannot wait to move out and I would avoid any apartment complex managed by AIMCO because it is an unorganized sketchy operation.
