Yeah, I am talking about Foxrun. And writing just because I am leaving from this ---- hole. Lets start with the windows first. These are made of the thin one sheet of glass. The result is you pay 100 bucks for one bedroom apartment. If you think how is that possible, no one will be there to answer since teh bill comes from a billing agency who does not supply teh gas by the way. So the billing is what teh manager thinks right for foxrun management.
Apart from thr screwup in heating bill, be warned that you have to pay for sewage water. If you though that the price of water and sweargae will be same, you will be proved wrong. Cost of water is may be 5 bucks and disposing that water will cost 4 times as much. No joking here.
Apart from these fundrasing machins from the management you will definitely notice the good upkeep of the surroundings. That alwasy used to draw a rosey picture of Foxrun but in reality, it is not. Funny thing is, people in fox run moves out every day and filled up as fast. The reason is most of the resident of foxrun are first timers in NJ. They are touted by teh so called nice surropunding and pay teh price in winter, literally.
However, the maintaince staffs are responsive and quick. So at least something say good about fox run!
