Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Was checking the price for rent and bumped into this site.
We stayed in Fox Run for 1 year. Got 3 month free rent (that was in 2002-2003). Before leasing we went to front office and asked for showings but no avail so we figured out were the empty appartments were (all doors not locked with a white paper tagged on them) we visited until we found something that we liked. A 1 bedroom close to the basketball court.
Free heat in the winter (I see that's changed probably because we kept it at 80F :))... Sewer bill was a little high but otherwise all was OK.
When we needed repairs we gave the guys from maintenance 2 weeks and then (PAY ATTENTION) we went to the TOWNSHIP INSPECTOR with a management signed repair request that I typed and this is what you should do!
If they do not fix the township will and then bill Fox Run. Maintenance fixed everything in 3 days.
We had nice neighbors, well maintained exterior, the trash bin was at the other end of the block seemed clean ..., good parking...
