I've been living at Fox Run for one year and recently signed a new one year lease. After reading all the complaints listed here I came to the conclusion that the people complaining haven't experienced a lot of other apartments. Some never even read their lease. lol I find that amusing. How can you complain when you haven't taken the time to read your own lease. Most of the complaints were about maintenance or water & sewer bills.

Regarding maintenance... it's your own fault if you don't get results. I show up at the office and complain in person if I want something done. I haven't had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved in time. Dave the property mgr. is efficient and seems as though he really wants to help. He's been a help to me. I guess it's the way you present yourself. If you are rude you get it back. I've never had to raise my voice to get things done.

Regarding the water & sewer bills.... I knew up front of this situation. I don't agree with it, but if you look at other rentals in new complexes the rent is a lot higher, so you are paying for utilities anyway. Right'

In summary.. I think Fox Run is a good value but you need to be persistent when requesting service. The pool and tennis courts / play areas are decent. Having the police and EMS across the street is a good thing too. I hope I don't need either, but it's nice to know they are there.

Good luck to future residents and too the complainers .......grow up and take some positive action. A change of attitude may help. Try it....

You're an ass. Just because you haven't had a hard time, you are telling people who have, to "Grow up and change their attitude?" You honestly think that the people who have had their apartments flood 3 or 4 times because no one could fix their problem correctly should "grow up?" That's you're answer. Boy, you must think you're pretty smart, to feel the need to tell everyone else how to act, huh? Guess we're all just a bunch of idiot children. You couldn't just post that you like the place and leave it at that?

As a previous manager at Fox Run, management really does try to help and the service manager, Eric is very responsive. Sometimes you can not satisify all 1600 plus residents 100%, but I know that the effort is there. The grounds and property are well maintained for their age.
