I've lived at Fox Run for one year, and am about to resign my lease. I have had minor maintenance problems throughout my first year in the apartment, but all necessary repairs were made in a timely manner after just one phone call to the leasing office. I have never had a problem with any of the staff members of the leasing office, and find Dave and Gwen to be especially helpful. It's a quiet, safe community with ample parking and clean laundry facilities. The grounds are relatively well maintained. Utilities (cost) are not too bad - I pay rent, plus cable, and designate about $75 a month for all other utilities (electric, hot water, sewer, etc.) My only complaints are as follows: I find a lot of spiders in my apartment (sometimes up to 5 a day!), I sometimes have a strange smell in my bedroom/closet (my neighbors cooking'), the windows are thin and let in cold air.
