Alright, when we found out we were approved and told that we had an apartment they didn't tell us that it was in another complex. They were not planning to tell us until the day we moved in. Lucky for us we found out early and got them to put us here in fox run.
Some other reviews say that the walls are thin, the appliances are cheap, and problems with the utilities...they are all right. In the first 9 months that we have been here we have had our faucet replaced, our toilet replaced, our water heater replaced, our sliding glass door because of a hole in it (yes a hole in it) and our stove replaced because of the constant gas leak.
But the biggest problem that we have had so far is the NEVER-ENDIND Bug Problem. Not only have we complained about this we have also started to save some of the bugs so that the exterminator can focus on the problem...But it's still not working. The management office said that they would fumagate the whole building, which they just had the exterminator go door to door, but only after all tennets aggreed to this. Since not all residents aggree in the extermination of pests due to religon.
If you like overrated and Highly Over-Priced bug boxes, then welcome home. If not keep looking for something better.
P.S. the gym/fitness room sucks and all the kids here scream at the top of their lungs all day long.
