To who ever is looking to rent a apartment at fox run . Well here is some news for you. They are like con artists the starting with the people who show the apartments all the way down the line to the rest of the workers and managers. They show you a model which is set up ok . but wait until you get a real taste of fox run apts.
The place is FILTHY , They have RATS , BUGS, the grounds are horrible some parts reminds me of the ghetto . The management people including the regional manager at AIMCO . they apartments are not safe to live in . There is mold , Rats, Mice , Bugs . IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD ! you will not get what you see in the model they show you . You will be so sorry you made the mistake and moved here if you do . just like I was so so sorry . I ended up with serious HEALTH ISSUES FROM LIVING IN FOX RUN APTS. it seemed managment just tried to pacify me and just saying things would be resolved when nothing ever was . The maintience team are all drug addicts i wouldnt allow any of them in my apt. because they all have past criminal records. The management team all take pay offs and also pay off the inspectors to give a CO in order for people to occupy the apts. when they are not safe for living in . it was the worst place i have ever seen in my entire life and I am no youngin . they just yes you to death and let you live with rats , mice, bugs, and do NOTHING ABOUT IT ! In my own opinion this place is the Ghetto and however these managers were hired is beyond me . they are very NASTY EVERYONE IN THE RENTAL OFFICE WHEN THEY ARE LOOKING TO RENT TO YOU THEY ARE NICE THEN ONCE YOU MOVE IN WATCH OUT ! this place is filthy and discusting and so are the people in the office they are discusting for trickign people into moving here all they do is show you a model and you will not get what you see in the model apt. but they will charge you for a upgraded apt. when in all reality you will not get a upgraded apt .. and then if you try calling AIMCO Reginal managers they are even worse then the managers at the apt. complex .. People who read this really think twice before you rent a apt. in fox run I have read all the reviews here that people have posted and I have to agree with every one of them .. not one thing stated in anyones review is a lie it is all true fact . but the workers apts. are all brand new appliences and the upgraded apts. you have to work here in order to get something done to your apt. this is the worst place in the state of new jersey , you are better off moving to harlem then this place . It is false advertisement what they do .. they lure you in the door take your money for rent and then watch out because not one thing will be the way you saw it in the model they show you . they should be ashamed of themselves this whole team that works at fox run starting with the managers . the maintience guy his apt . is nice yes because he makes sure he gets top of the line appliances in his apt. and anyone of his workers or friends . so you have to be a friend to get what you are paying for otherwise you will get nothing but a old filthy apt . infested with mice and or rats, All kinds of bugs .. and they'll never send anyone to get rid of them trust me i lived there i know it first hand . they also will tell you that they dont have things in stock if they dont want to fix something and that was told to me right from a workers mouth .. he told me how the mangers work .. family and friends come first here and then maybe . maybe if you are lucky they will get to your apt. well i can go on and on about this place because it is the worst i have ever seen in my entire life . and I was a landlord myself at one time and would never ever do anything like this to any of my tenents .. tenents that pay rent should get what they pay for .. not have to hunt people down make 100 phone calls to reginal managers like paula and get absolutely nowhere . They are all in on this big racket and some day it will all be revealed how fox run apts. is a scam and they take pay inspectors off and also you will have to grease someones palm to get work done in your apt . meaning you will have to give them cash or do a personal favor in order to get anywhere with any of them . they are a close knit family in the rental office and are all in it together and are all scam artists . but again all their apts are up to par ..Do research before you rent at fox run read these reviews none of them are lies the only liars are the managers in the office and the workers and also the regional managers .. the whole place is corrupt and every single person in the office are decent up until you move in and they got you here then you will see their true colors ... also watch out for hidden charges they also make your rent whatever they feel every month it changes . it will go higher the rent as months go on

So, how much meth were you cooking up in your apartment? I've lived in Fox Run for over two years, and I've never had any of the problems you're complaining about. Perhaps you should clean up after yourself? Every time I've gone to the office about anything, they've been accomodating, and maintenance has repaired every issue I've encountered, and there haven't been many. You really do sound like an uneducated person with a vendetta, who thinks they got shafted, so now you're going to baselessly whine about it on the internet. Good job, retard.

I still live in Fox Run and never encountered mold, rats,mice. the only problem i had was with spiders in the summer...i resolved it with a electronic bug repeller. I did hear of a neighbor who experienced a lice problem just when she moved in. She had a dog and the apartment and her dog ended up with lice...little to her surprise, the 2nd floor neighbor was the problem. The family that lived on the 2nd floor had 2 kids...OBVIOUSLY...she never bathed them NOR she bathed EVERY DAY...if you take a bath EVERY DAY you don't get lice...bugs always live in where the filth is...if you clean your apartment EVERY DAY or at least clean up after yourself, you will not have roaches, rats nor lice. Seriously...if you live like a PIG and come up with a stupid excuse that your stupid religion does not allow hygiene...YOU WILL HAVE RATS, LICE, BUGS ETC. The maintenance cannot tell you in your face that you are a pig and need to clean up after yourself and vacumm at least once a week and keep the kitchen clean. The only thing I can agree with you is the order...They have told me that they didn't have a stove in stock and i had to wait...they never got back to me, i had to contact them again after 4 months. So don't be ignorant because you could not use the maintenance as your everyday cleaning service for your dirty ass!

Everyone has their own opinions about everything... some may have a bad experience while others may think it was the best thing in the world...To stoop as low to say things (as what is listed below) is uncalled for and extremley immature. I hope no one would ever say those things about you... I am also a resident at fox run and I have had some issues in my apartment just like anyone would have at any other complex and they were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I am sorry that you have had the issue's that you experienced. I wish you luck in the future with your apartment home.

Your are right? The office staff are so arrogant mainly SUSAN BROWN she is the one of the worst human being I have ever seen.She makes fun about the tenants on there back. Manager Tracey, I beleive she thinks as president of USA. Will have to wait for three days to talk to her and alast she backs her staff.I hope they all get fired ASAP.
