When you look up Fox Run online, you will be impressed with beautiful pictures of the property and decent floor plans, which there are many to choose from. Once you arrive there, you will be greatly impressed with the overall property and presentation of the facilites. This is where your "great expectations" end.

Once you look at an actual apartment, you are met with something alot smaller than you expect. The kichen is tiny, and even with an upgrade, you are still met with white laminated cabinets and cheap appliances, such as Hotpoint. Now, nothing against the brand names, but one would expect a higher quality brand for the price of rent. What I found to be an extreme turnoff was the fact that the two bedroom I looked at had a washer and dryer in the second bedroom. Yes, you read correctly, it was located in the second bedroom, where most people would put their children in. The washer and dryer unit was not even closed off, which I found to be very unappealing, and most of all a danger to younger children. This was defintely a dealbreaker for my husband and I.

To say that the Fox Run property is beautiful is not a lie or an exaggeration. It and the surronding area are very desirable. But the actual apartments are quite a disappointment. The gentleman who showed us the apartment was very nice, but nothing could take away from the fact the the apartment itself was not up to par with the rest of the property. To be honest, my husband and I felt that people who move to Fox Run are really paying for the location and facilites, not the actual apartment. If you have young children, trust me, you would never put your kids in a bedroom with a washer/dryer unit. This place is best suited for singles, those in retirement, or families with older children.
