Decent place to live

While I have only lived at Fox Run for about a month now, I've found it to be a pleasant experience. Our apartment looks over one of their courtyards, which is normally quiet except for the occasional child or dog, and even then it's not a big deal. Most of the people who live here either have a small family or dogs - they're one of the only places in the area that allow dogs to live in their apartments. For living in such a nice area and for having ample space, our rent does not reflect that. I also love that our unit has a washer and dryer which makes it so convenient to do laundry. Lastly, the area that the Fox Run is in is so nice - there's a few shopping centers in town, Quakerbridge mall is close, and it's easy to get to route one.
The negatives for this place would be that maintenance can definitely be slow to respond, but understandably since it's such a large place. We also had a rough time getting our apartment set up to move into because the girl in the office handling our move was either not in, wouldn't call us back when she said she would, or didn't have the answers we needed. I think that may have been the most annoying thing of all, but since we've moved in there has not been any major issues. I'm happy and I would (and have) recommend this place to a friend.
