Safety in Fox Run Apartments is minimal. Some thieves stole my car tires and the management did absolutely nothing to help me. They wouldn't let me change apartments. I was like a sitting duck for the thieves to come steal my tires again. The people in the office did not care at all that I had just been a victim of crime. They flatly told me that they couldn't do anything about it and told me to get lost.
Their utility billing system is completely screwed up. No one understands how they do it. Once I got an enormously huge bill. When I called the utility company, they told me to talk to the Fox Run office. When I talked to the Fox Run office, they told me to call the utility company instead.
They've also stopped mowing the lawns and raking the leaves in winters. The place is really going down the drains.

As a former resident of Hunters Hell I have one question for you: Why on earth would you stay in Deer Crap for more than one year?? I got outta Hunters Hell after one year....and RAN all the way. All of the AIMCO properties in Plainsboro are the same - FILTHY,SMELLY,UNSAFE,OVER PRICED,AND UNPROFESSIONALY STAFFED. The location is great if you need to commute to NYC. However, look what you have to come home to at the end of a working day. My stomach used to turn when I had to pull into the parking lot and think to myself, "What else is going to go wrong in this dump today." What's scary too is that alot of foreigners move into these complexes and think this is WONDERFUL! So sad. My advice to you: GET out as soon as you can. There are plenty of apartments readily available for much less money. AND you can keep your tires! LOL
