Management forced tenant to transfer to 2 beds with absurd high rent or terminate contract

used to be a reasonable place

before Avalon took over. Then they repaired parking lots, install speed bumps, hiked prices. Dishonesty in billing, unvillingness to do repairs, dirty disfunctional laundry rooms, LOADS of -------- charges when you move out. Certainly NOT recommended. Nice pool is the ... more
