I am moving into hunters glen...and I checked with a couple of people who live here...
they all agree that leasing office staff is not great...but the apartments are decent. Maintenance is also not bad according to the,

I did checkout the washer/dryer rooms...they are quite clean unlike the pictures posted here...

apartments are ok....but windows are not very efficient so expect high electric bills...

Yes, the staff is not very warm...

but these reviews do make me nervous..

then why are you moving in if you're so nervous. the office staff is only nice initially to suckers...er potential tenants. if you're one of those who are never around and are only using the place as a crash pad then you're perfect for them. If you're real lucky and never have to call management to fix anything, or correct a rent check that frequently gets posted to another apartment, or if you never have to speak to the inept, extremely in your face rude, and purposely stupid manager/staff there then this is the place for you. just watch out when you eventually move out...don't say we didn't warn you.....i don't even know why you're writing this review when you haven't even moved in yet and had the unenviable pleasure of living there.

I agree. Maintenance is OK as long as you have some minor repairs. If you have some major issues, it will take 3 or 4 visits to the rental office and countless reminders to really get some contractors assigned. The in-house maintenance staff can only fix minor issues. But, they will screw your day and mood by talking gibberish and putting up incoherent explanations rather than having a professional come and fix the issue. Hope this helps...! No kidding, I am serious. Another thing I noticed is that when you call them over the phone sometimes they talk nicely and never register the complaint. It has happened to me couple of times. When I visited the office, they were blissfully unaware of my complaint, which I made over the phone, and I had to raise a new maintenance request over from scratch.
