Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
When we moved in it was decently priced, but they jacked up the rent on average 4-5% each year (6% last time) while inflation has been 3% or lower. Now they suddenly shifted water/sewer onto tenants, which is another 4% on top of the 6% rent increase.

Maintenance is only so-so. Walls are paper thin.

Look for a better place in West Windsor or East Windsor.
