I have only had problems with the rent (messed up our account), fixing things that are broken, noise levels and parking. A piece of my ceiling in the bathroom is about to fall down, the dishwasher broke the first week we moved in, the windows are VERY leaky! Electric bill is outrageous! The people upstairs run around ALL hours of the night and people nextdoor yell at each other all too often! I noticed a LARGE amount of people moving out and no one moving in in the last few months!
