Very Good for the money

Only complaints are that electricity goes out whenever we have a strong rain storm. The whole development goes out consistently. I finally invested in backup batteries. Doesn't go out for more than a couple hours max. Usually only lasts under 30 minutes though.

Also, phone wiring system is old. No DSL available, and regular modem connection speeds top out at 28.8 kps.
