Pretty Bad

I've lived in Plainsboro for about two years spending 1 1/2 years in Quail Ridge and the last 6 months at Pheasant Hollow. Pheasant Hollow is probably the worst of the two. The same management company owns both of them and it shows.
Walls are paper thin, can always hear conversations of the unit above me (had the same problem in Quail Ridge hearing the person's tv below me constantly). Laundry facilities are nasty and expensive, one load for 1.25 at the washer and dryer each and it's really only 1/2 load at best compared to a normal size washer/dryer in homes or even commericial laundromats. It's also dirty and nasty. Night's are fairly quiet, haven't had too many problems there. Most of the people living there are either Princeton students, work down the street at Merril and about 1/3 of the people there are Indian. If you don't like Indian music don't move there.
They started charging for water and sewer, about $35 a month for a 1-bedroom which is a joke. Constantly out there with either leaf blowers, lawn mowers or doing construction for their new cable system which no one wants.
For what you pay this place is cheap as hell.
Wouldn't recommend this to anyone other than to people I don't like.
