Your story is a little unbelievable there has to be more to it. So why dont you come clean on here. Stop giving this place a bad name unless you have really suffered here.

I have been a resident of Pheasant Hollow for ten years. I couldnt have been happier when they introduced the pet policy that allows dogs.

Point being, are you one of those residents who did not pay all of the fees that I had to pay to have a dog' I have a dog and any maintenance I call in is always taken care of in a timely manner.

I cant see them telling you to get rid of your dog when they allow dogs unless......

A) You did not pay the fees.
B) You are not in compliance with the breed restrictions.

This leads me to say that management should be stricter with the pet policy @ Pheasant Hollow.

i have a dog. i pay all the fees and rent on time and i have no luck with getting help from anybody. and, not for nothing, but whether you pay the extra $20.00/month for your dog or not, shouldn;t be the basis for people deciding to do their job. if you think you're getting special treatment just because you pay the fees, you must be high. it's porbably just that you never needed their help with anything. if you like living there, more power to you, but it's not just the "dog lady" giving the place a bad name, it's the place!
