The apartments weren't too bad, but the management & maintenance was horrible! We called SEVERAL times for falling tiles out of the tub, a cracked toilet, a shot hot water heater... And when we would call to complain that our service calls were never answered, the management staff would be very short & nasty to us over the phone. Once we asked for the woman's name (so we can document who we spoke to & when), and they refused - they simply said "Operator 5". Now, mind you there were only 2 girls in that office! So with all of our repair requests that weren't getting answered, we called and threatened that if they don't come & fix these things, we will withold the rent until they do. Instead of fixing the problems, they tried to evict us for non-payment! Ugh... It was a pretty area, but NOT worth the aggravation. I was so happy when we left!
