Nice, but TOO expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I moved to Plainsboro from a different state, so I didn't realize there were many other places in the area that were just about as nice for less money. Thin walls, electric is expensive, oh and my neighbor had his car windshield broken by a golf ball.
