Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I experienced minor problems when I moved in:
1) no toilet paper holder in the bathroom
2) phone jack is broken
3) shower faucet doesn't work
4) ghetto neighbors (specifically East -------) are blasting their music outside for everyone to hear)
Maintanence responded quickly and even came out on Saturday to fix the faucet. My ghetto neighbors do greet me. The apartment is small but it is clean and livable. I pay an extra $50 a month for the upgraded version & they accept my dog. The traffic on Dey Road is ridiculous.
