I have been here for 7 months. This has been the best place as a renter. They shovel promptly, the grounds are clean and picturesque

Exactly, I shovel my own snow, slip on below par sidewalks, ie: rubble and holes, noisy and smelly afganny/------- who should be visited by INS.

shovel promptly .......... That must be a joke, I was having a small birthday party for my son on 3-13-07, and I remember carrying buckets of hot water out to the front cement steps to help break up some of the ice. I even went to the local hardware store to buy rock salt............. It snowed 2 days before on 3-11-07 and it wasn't removed on 3-13-07, what is prompt?????
