This is place gets worse and worse

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I been living here 2.5 years and hated everyday of it. Recently my sink was not draining. It took a maintence guy about 12hours to get here and they said we can't do anything about and they were suppose to put a call into a contracted plumber...which they never did! When we called about 4 more times, the nicest plumber came out here and turns out all 4 apartments on our side were clogged and draining back up into mine! What the hell is wrong with this place'
