I lived in PH for 2 yrs in a row nad had to move out for financial reasons. Now looking for an apt for me and my 3 yr old and I must honestly say PH is the ONLY complex that i have found that u get ur money's worth. The bedrooms are big, area is nice, pool and laundry are decent. People might have a problem w mgmt but take care of ur things. When i called and needed things they were responsive. I'm happily awaiting the day i move back into PH. They also have a great school district. But as long as you live there and keep to ur self, u wouldn't have any problems. It's worth he rent here than in other place that charges almost teh same or more and look like crap. I recommend as your first apt.
