we have had no air conditioning for a while now and it has been in the high 90's, like 95, 96. they say there is a lot of problems with the AC and they will get to it. we call and get different answers as to when it will be fixed, they have not even come to look at it yet. the management is rude, the maintance leaves t 430, and will only take your call if there is a fire or flood, otherwise it is an answering service.

the pool is filthy and not clear, and smells like urine. the laundry rooms are over priced and not cleaned, and most times the computer bills your card the wrong amount.
there is not enough laundry machines for the people that live there.

It is hard to comment about an anonymous complaint regarding HVAC. We have three men on staff qualified to work on HVAC???s plus we bring in an outside contractor during a heat wave. Perhaps there was an extenuating circumstance why the repair was not done immediately, such as a part needing to be ordered or a new condenser needing to be put on the roof by a lift truck.

There are three laundry rooms on the property. It is seldom that all the machines are being used at the same time. They are priced at $1.45 for a wash and $1.25 for the dryer (50 minutes). The laundry rooms are cleaned five times a week.

The lifeguard is required by law to test water samplings every two hours. In addition, the pool is subject to random inspection by the Township Health Department. There was a problem with the pool during the summer, which necessitated closing the pool for a few weeks. This was a safety issue and we worked closely with the Township during the repair. All tenants were able to use the pools at Quail Ridge, the apartment complex next door while the Pheasant Hollow pool was closed.

I've lived in Pheasant Hollow for 5 years. It 's a very peaceful environment {exception of maybe 1 or 2} but I've never felt unsafe. THe people basically keep to themselves which is perfect. The leasing staff are very helpful and courteous and of course the maintenance staff are amazing. Never ever encountered anyone rude.
