I moved to Pheasant Hollow in February this year and it seriously has been nothing but problems! When I moved in the front door didnt shut the bathroom sink fixture was falling out the toilet never stopped running the windows had to have sticks in them to keep them from leaking cold air. About a month into our lease I got out of the shower and my apartment was full of smoke and something was burning and coming threw the air vent from another apartment... So I called maint. and the woman told me she didnt no what to tell me all the guys were on lunch! So I called the fire department to look at it and they said there was so much dirt in the sir ducts thats what was burning inside! Then at 10am THE NEXT DAY a guy knocks on my door and says "I heard you reported something on fire" I could have died seriously laughing that 24 hours went by before anyone was sent to my apartment. Also they do regular stuff with the plumbing so some days you wake up and there is no water so if you have work in the morning like most people do i suggest showering at night, The laundry mat is a nightmare and I have caught people going threw my wash so plan on spending 3 hours babysitting your clothes while they are in the washer and dryer or some of your underwear may turn up missing! Also dont leave your apartment after 6pm or you will have no were to part when you get back. I moved here in a hurry please take your time when looking around.
