i moved here because i needed some where to go and am pissed i did so.here is a list of the ---- you have to endure.crappy/shady maintance(might wake up with them in your house"fixing"something. happened to me and numerous others i know in the neighborhood.sliding doors that break after about a week.room doors that dont really work right.dishwasher backups over and over. seems to me that your sink water and dishwasher are connected and it sucks water from the dirty sink.(this is a very nice feature)ceiling leaks and mold growing on it,o this one is my favorite....the bottom edges around the main door seem to be to short so they stuffed paper towel in them if you take it out you can see outside.lol.ants everywhere in the summer.when we moved in the blinds in the room where a foot to short. oven door doesnt open because it skims the wall and would get stuck half way down. ruining the wall that you would have to pay for when you move.Also a shady water bill that seems to be over priced about 40 dollars a month from a place in california,NWP.BUT NOW THEY PUT THE WATER IN WITH YOUR RENT AND YOU PAY THE MANAGEMENT ...SOUNDS A LITTLE SHADY TO ME AND MY NEIGHBORS.the laundry room has machines that seem not to have hot water when you choose HOT water. i dont get it.o yah beware of the horrible golfers from the golf course that surrounds the apts. you might wake up to see a nice big dent in the hood of your car or a peice of siding taking out of the apts.also i dont know if they dont allow pets anymore but half way thru the lease they said no more pets unless you pay 40 dollars a month. with a 300 dollar down payment.the ---- they come up with is unbeleavable. trust me you can find a better apt in the area cheaper then this for 1000 a month you get a 600 sq ft shoebox. dont let the leasing office with all the mirrors fool you. east windsor lawrenceville hamilton hightstown and monroe offer better alternatives. also last but not least good ol' building 12. filled with drunks and loud obnoxious ...well drunks well into the early morning. well if you move here have fun.
