I?m so glad I didn?t listen



I don?t know what Quail Ridge you guys lived in but the one I moved in is GREAT!!!!!!



The Leasing Staff

My apartment had everything I was told it would have. The leasing staff was very helpful. I was told I could move in on January 10th and my apartment was ready for me on January 10th. They had my phone, cable turned on, and assisted me with my electric. They took all the fear out of me moving into a new place far away from family and friends.





The Management office



In my old apartment complex I had to run from office to office with different problems. Not here every problem can be solved in one place.



Maintenance



I never have any problems with this department which is surprising being that there staff is so small for such a large place. I can call them before I leave to go to work and the problem will be solved before I get home. I never have to worry about parking, garbage, snow removal they keep this place clean and they even go that extra mile.



Example

There was an electrical problem in my building while I was at work. They called me at work to let me know so I wouldn?t be alarmed just in case I came home for lunch and found nothing working.



Noise!!!! C?mon people you were renting an apartment not a house you have to exspect some noise.



I have to say I?m glad I moved here and I?ll tell all my friends. Im happy at Quail Ridge.
