The only positive comments about Quail Ridge must have been written by the staff. This place is a NIGHTMARE!
The majority of the appliances and cabinets in the apartments are very old and often break. When you request repair, the maintenance office will blame you, the tenant!
The apartments look nothing like the model. When I moved in, there was broken glass, nails, staples, and even a key on the floor. Commitment to quality' My a**.
On one of the shelves in my closet, there was a shattered light bulb. Instead of cleaning this up before I moved in, they painted over it. Is the maintence crew so lazy that they would spray paint over an entire broken light bulb rather than throwing it out'''' Instead, I had to pry the painted over pieces off of the shelf, hoping I wouldn't get cut.
Please heed the warning of those living here (minus the staff who submit the biased comments of course), and look elsewhere.
