I notice that the only people who ever review things are people who are unhappy, so I take all with a grain of salt.
While this may not be the worst place to live, I have found the office staff to be rude and unwilling or unable to help with problems. Be that as it may, it is a quiet complex and the quality of the buildings and carpets is overall good. Maintenence could be quicker to respond to emergencies, but the maintenence staff I've had contact with have been very nice.
I am unhappy with the rent increase in the second year and i do withthey offered month-to-month after one year of leasing. I have a feeling it will be a nightmare to get out of this lease eary.
