I was only able to stay at Quail ridge for about 7 months, but it wasn't that bad, for an apartment complex. I would move here again if I ever got transfered back to the area. The office made it sound like I would have to pay for the remainder of my lease because I moved early, but they rented it about 3 weeks after, so I didn't have to pay much at all. They were only trying to cover their own bottoms. There were a lot of conveniences of living there, like the washer and dryer, I just wish the heat wasn't electric.
