In NJ, the overall quality of people is extremely low, so the average service is. If I compare Quail Ridge to the most of the other apartments, I can say that they do great job. I don't mean that they have great service there, but among your alternatives, you can pick this place without hesitation. The air conitioner is a little noisy, except for that, no problems, and very clean and nice environment.
