The apartment we lived in actually had bed bugs for a while. A tenant?s kid once broke our car?s windshield with a baseball bat, I met his mom and doubted we could collect anything - good there was insurance. On final inspection, they tore off a window blind, photographed it, and deducted the cost from out deposit. Also charged for cleaning as if we left the apt. dirty, but that was refunded.





Update 01/13/2004: some positive reviews seem focused on polemizing with those who offered unfavorable opinions, without detailing the authors? own experiences. I agree with those who believe such such reviews originate somwhere close to the landlord. Example: the review by "MrsJay", who is praising Quail Ridge and rudely arguing with others, despite having lived there for barely 4 -- four -- days (their review is dated 01/04/04 and the occupancy dates entered as 2004-2004. Go figure).
